On a 2019 walk around Philly, we came across Charlie, a beautiful horse in the “76 Carriage Tours” group. His handler, Elaine, mentioned he was one of the horses featured in the Hugh Jackman movie, “The Greatest Showman.” She asked Charlie to pose for me … he seemed almost proud to do so … and this painting is a representation of that moment.
