Inspired by the shadows from the flower boxes above this door and windows in Venice, Italy. I wanted to remember the heat from that afternoon but because I chose to focus only on the grey-green wood and white plaster I feel a cool breeze instead… kind of an enigma. The original remains one of my very favorite pieces in the 365 Inspire(d) Art exhibition at Bottleworks in 2015.
