One more Underhill Farm inspiration... and yes, the title refers to the deep, mutual knowledge of John 10:14. My muse told me that looking at this sheep gives her a peaceful feeling. I loved that thought as it was a peaceful experience creating this one.
Asked my friends at Underhill Farm why this one particular sheep wore a bell... they thought a leader ewe would have followers more attentive with a bell. I found that to be an interesting direction for this piece... as the Sheep of "The Shepard" we are asked to lead others to Him…
