After coming home from a walk around the neighborhood. I saw this fresh little baby with her sibling laying under my hemlock trees. I spent a little time chatting with them while snapping a few reference pics. The last several pieces I’ve been working on were rather heavy and detailed so I was inspired to keep the background much lighter. Since these fawn were June babies, I had to call the two Castor and Pollux after the Greek Mythology of Gemini.
